CM Naidu Demands Re-Polling Because of Faulty EVMs

CM Chandrababu Naidu Expressed disappointment at voting poll for faulty Electronic machines.

Mr. Naidu communicated with Gopal Krishna Dwivedi, Chief Electronic Officer (CEO) saying that three or more hours were wasted while trying to fix errors in EVM after scheduled polling. He added that there was a technical error in which the TDP votes were going to YSR congress party.

CM Naidu said TDP has expressed over and over that the EVMs were prone to tempering, and the Election Commission of India (ECI) ought to return to the paper ticket framework to guarantee smooth gather information yet its request has gone disregarded. He trusted that the ECI would at any rate presently understand the issue with those machines.

He hoped that ECI finally understands the issue with unreliable polling machines. There are reports that shows that officials were working to repair the EV machines which has delayed the polling by three or more hours after it was scheduled.
