Bengaluru: Former Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy on Friday refused to be drawn into controversy over the downfall of the coalition government in Karnataka.
In a tweet, Kumaraswamy said it was not the time to react to former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s allegations. Political developments in the country have become unidirectional. It was time for secular forces to come together and it was not healthy to make divisive statements. I will reply to everything when the right time comes.
Siddaramaiah, reacting to JD(S) supremo H D Deve Gowda’s charges, had blamed the former Prime Minister’s family for the downfall of Kumaraswamy government. Deve Gowda’s had alleged that Siddaramaiah was responsible for the government to loose majority.
