Gujarat: Income Tax officer harassed young residents for playing cricket in Surat


While there is a cricket world cup fever spreading in India, Surat’s Happy home resident, An Income tax officer tormented young people for playing cricket.

The incident occurred at Happy home residency in Vesu, Surat. On Sunday, a couple of youthful residents of Happy Home were playing cricket on society premises when the son of an income tax officer began contending with youngsters. The heated argument turned into violence where the son began hitting a youthful player with a cricket bat. In the meantime, Mr. Dubay attempted to finish off the argument however argument began warming up when exploited people attempted to get away from the scene. Mr. Dubay lost his temper and began beating the unfortunate victims with a similar bat.

Mr. Dubay and his family have turned into an aggravation for the general public. Residents have tons of informal complaint against the family for their negative intervention for any festival celebration which concerns society’s peace as one family.” – Said an anonymous resident.
